Budapest – Battalion team come home

After an incredible start from Endpoint in the Gallantry summer event in Budapest, the Endpoint team come home after being knocked out of the quarterfinals by Method. Endpoint took six wins in the group stages having not lost a single match, only to be pushed into the losers bracket by AVENUE eSports. The boys in blue came back with a win against Project9eSports but ultimately fell short after a white knuckle game; the first in the tournament to reach a fourth overtime.

Endpoint have enjoyed their time in Budapest and having their fair shot at £6,000 prize money and have showed the world what their capable of. After their first place medal in the first Blitzkrieg open championship at Insomnia 62, the team took home £5,000 and proof that they where the main force to be reckoned with in the Battalion 1944 scene. They proudly walk away knowing that they gave all their opponents a good fight and hopefully will be back stronger to emerge victorious yet again.

Of course, We’d like to thank our sponsors ASUS Republic of gamers, Overclockers, Noblechairs, NAU and Raven for helping make this happen.
