CS:GO Roster Update — April 2021
by Tom Coles

We are pleased to announce the signing of William “mezii” Merriman to our Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. Mezii has previously played for Vexed Gaming, GamerLegion and most recently Cloud9, with top-notch mechanics and excellent game sense that have marked him out as one of the UK’s most exciting Counter-Strike talents. He will join our active roster as a rifler and we look forward to seeing what he can do in an Endpoint jersey.

“I am super happy to be joining Endpoint. I feel they have shown great potential for a while now with some strong performances against top teams in the most recent season of Pro League. I had several proposals but it was a pretty easy decision to accept this offer from Endpoint as I know this is the perfect place for me to progress even further as a player and achieve great things with a team that has strong foundations already.” - mezii

We are also delighted to announce the return of Thomas “Thomas” Utting, who previously played for Endpoint in two separate stints. Usually deployed as an entry fragger, Thomas has won Home Sweet Home 8 and two ESL Premiership titles with Endpoint, and we hope that his return will bring further success.

Sadly this means two players must leave our team. We extend our thanks to Shahar “FlameZ” Shushan, who has joined OG. In seven months with Endpoint, FlameZ helped us secure qualification for ESL Pro League Season 13 and BLAST Spring Showdown 2021, as well as memorable victories over Evil Geniuses and Fnatic. We wish him every success at his new team.

We must also announce that Robin “robiin” Sjögren has been released from the team and is now a free agent. Robin has been part of our lineup since January last year in his third stint with Endpoint, and was instrumental to our success in rising from ESEA Advanced to ESL Pro League. Robin has been a true professional throughout his time with us and we wish him the very best of luck in the future.

Our Counter-Strike roster is now as follows:

Kia “Surreal” Man

Joey “Cruc1al” Steusel

Thomas “Thomas” Utting

William “Mezii” Merriman

Endpoint CeX will play their first official match with this lineup in the closed qualifier for Flashpoint 3 at 5pm BST on Tuesday 27th April.
