We are today pleased to announce that we have secured the services of Allan “Rejin” Petersen as our new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Head Coach. Having competed at the top echelons of Counter-Strike, including 3 seasons of ESL Pro League, the Starladder Berlin Major, and the CS:GO Asia Championships with Mousesports and Tricked Esport, Rejin brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has already worked behind the scenes with the team in the run-up to the PGL EU RMR, where they lost to eventual Major semi-finalists Team Spirit. The team are pleased with the impact he has had already, and we are confident that he can take them to the next level as we look to establish ourselves as contenders for the ESL Pro League Conference, IEM Rio Major and other competitions.
Rejin has recently reached the end of a ban from the Esports Integrity Commission. Having already had a 45% concession applied to his ban for assisting the initial investigation, Rejin has since fully co-operated with ESIC as they investigate further instances of the coaching bug within the Counter-Strike scene.
This comes as we are restructuring our CS:GO team, and that means we must also announce we are parting ways with Allan “Allan” Hender. Allan has been our CS:GO Head Coach since June last year and under his leadership the team has qualified for two RMR events, finished as runners-up in Pinnacle Cup II, and won the ALL IN Series and two ESL Premiership titles. We would like to place on record our thanks to Allan for all his hard work and wish him the best of luck in the future.
Further updates on our CS:GO roster to follow.
